This year, we’re leaning into the Christmas spirit with a cocktail that tastes like dessert in a cup: The Gingerbread Nightcap.
Inspired by the nostalgic flavors of the classic holiday cookie, this tea-based cocktail blends together rich spices, smooth rum, and the star of the season: Chado’s signature Christmas tea, Gingerbread Cookie. It’s the perfect sip for winding down after a day of festive bustle or raising a glass with friends as you toast to the spirit of Christmas.

Gingerbread Nightcap
Ingredients:

2 ounces strongly brewed Gingerbread Cookie Tea

1 ½ ounces spiced rum

1 ounce Trader Joe’s Non-Dairy Oat Gingerbread Creamer

1 teaspoon vanilla bean syrup

Cinnamon stick, garnish
Directions:

Strongly brew Chado’s Gingerbread Cookie tea and allow it to cool.

In a tall glass with ice, combine the tea, rum, oat gingerbread creamer, and vanilla bean syrup. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Strain the cocktail into a festive glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
