How long does it take for home delivery?
From time of order, orders can take 10 to 14 days for fulfillment and delivery. Delivery time frame is dependent on location of delivery and selected shipping provider once shipped from our warehouse.
*We do not fulfill or ship orders during the weekend or on Federal Holidays.
What is your return policy?
At Chado, we believe every cup of tea should be one you truly enjoy. If a tea doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on most items in our catalog.
Please note that products in our Last Chance Collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Request Window:
Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds apply to the cost of the product only and do not include original shipping fees.
We may ask for proof of purchase, photos of the product or packaging, or other details to help us process your request. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Chado reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of this policy.

What courier do you use for deliveries?
For shipping we currently use USPS and FedEx, at this moment due to import restrictions we are unable to deliver to Spain.
For Priority Mail Express Items Addressed to or from Alaska and Hawaii: As of August 1, 2023, USPS will no longer process refund requests for guaranteed service on the items.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
Weekend delivery is based on the preference and availability of the postal carrier. We do not fulfill orders on the weekend.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
An automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk as it will come from a "noreply" email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain ChadoTea.com to your safe senders list
Why am I being charged for delivery on my order?
Orders below $60.00 will be charged for shipping, any order over $60.00 will be provided free shipping.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been fulfilled. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please use this tracking number on the corresponding courier's site to view tracking information.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
If you would like to track your returned order you will be provided with a return tracking number when the label is emailed to you.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Our customer service team will process your refund once the return process has been started, the refund will take a few days to process and be back in your account.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.
How do I apply a promotional code?
You can add a valid promotion code in the checkout page.
Can I pick up my online order in store?
At this time we do not allow online orders to be picked up at any of our 4 tearoom locations.
Are Subscription Orders Refundable?
Subscription orders are non-refundable. If you'd like to skip a delivery or pause your subscription, you can easily manage your preferences anytime through your subscription portal.
