Pick: Gyokuro SupremeI will start by saying that I do not have a favorite tea. However for the purpose of this post, I will say the tea I often crave is a Japanese tea called Gyokuro. This tea has a grassy and vegetal taste that most would describe as an umami flavor. It is a wonderful and refreshing drink that I love to enjoy hot.

Pick: Jasmine PearlsMy favorite tea is our Jasmine Pearls. I had a hard time finding the right green tea for me but once we got in the Jasmine Pearls, I knew I had found the one. In fact as soon as I enter the store, my employees know to immediately start a pot of Jasmine Pearls. I love the light flavor of the green tea but the robust jasmine flavor brings it together. This tea is also hand rolled in China, so when drinking it, I reflect on the work that has gone into making my cup of tea and I can appreciate that this is the most delicious cup of tea. Not to toot my own horn, but many people have said I look young for my age and I truly do credit this tea for allowing me to age gracefully.

Pick: Champagne Ti Kwan YinI really enjoy straight teas. For those that don’t know what that is, it is simply a tea that has no flavoring or additional ingredients. For this reason, I love the Champagne Ti Kwan Yin. It has a wonderful floral scent and aroma and is a wonderful oolong to try. The true taste of the tea is captured beautifully and has its own natural sweetness. This is a great pick for any tea lover.

Pick: Rooibos BourbonThe tea, or infusion rather, that I love the most is the Rooibos Bourbon. I know most people would expect me to say the Bianca Chamomile but that would be way too obvious. The rooibos bourbon is like comfort in a cup. Rooibos is one of those herbs that easily mixes with milk and makes a wonderful non-caffeinated drink that can be enjoyed hot or iced, day or night. Rooibos also has a natural vanilla flavor and essence which when paired with bourbon flavoring, milk and a touch of sugar, you get *chef’s kiss*. I would definitely recommend this tea for anyone who wants to start drinking infusions or wants an alternative nighttime beverage instead of the classic chamomile.

Pick: Devan's Legacy ChaiThis is my number one choice whenever I want a cup of tea packed with flavor! The scent of this blend is beautiful and was the first aspect I noticed when I tried it for the first time. Secondly, the combination of the lemongrass, green cardamom, and vanilla are heavenly! My favorite way to enjoy this blend is to make a large pot of it, which I then refrigerate to make iced chai tea lattes. This has been the perfect little treat throughout the work week since we have been working remotely.

Pick: Hawaiian CocktailWant a tropical explosion in a glass? Then try my favorite herbal tea blend Hawaiian Cocktail. It's flavorful, full-bodied tropical profile takes me back to my home city of Miami. Sometimes I enjoy it straight, or if I like with a little bit of sugar, but my favorite way is as a mixer for a great cocktail!
