Summertime Sips: Chado's June Tea Picks for 2026

June is here, and so is summer! There’s no better time to start brewing refreshing iced teas to enjoy with friends and family all season long. We’ve selected a few of our favorite Chado teas that are especially enjoyable during the warmest days of the year. After exploring our favorite summer sips, be sure to scroll to the bottom of today’s blog to learn how to cold steep them at home. Cold steeping is one of my favorite brewing methods, creating a smooth, refreshing cup with naturally sweet flavor and little to no bitterness every time.

Peach Melba

Inspired by the classic peach dessert, this is one of our favorite teas to reach for during the summer months. A caffeine-free herbal blend combining juicy peach, crisp apple, and vibrant hibiscus petals for a naturally sweet and refreshing cup. Ending with notes of black currant and safflowers, it steeps into a beautiful ruby-red liquor that is especially refreshing when served over ice.

Fun tea tip! For an adults-only summer treat, add a splash of peach schnapps to your iced Peach Melba for a refreshing summer cocktail.

Jasmine Green Pyramid Tea Bags

Jasmine Green is a timeless favorite, especially when you’re looking for something light and refreshing on a warm summer afternoon. This elegant blend pairs delicate green tea with the sweet fragrance of jasmine blossoms, creating a smooth, mellow cup with soft floral notes. The delicate green liquor, served over ice with a touch of honey, makes for a wonderfully refreshing companion on a long summer day.

Black Currant Black Tea

Lush and lively, Black Currant Black Tea is one of those blends we keep coming back to when we want something bold yet refreshing. The robust black tea base gives it depth, while black currant adds a juicy, slightly tart sweetness that brightens every sip. Smooth and fruit-forward, it shines especially well over ice, making it a vibrant and refreshing choice for warm summer days.

White Pomegranate

White Pomegranate is one of those teas we always find ourselves reaching for when we want something light, delicate, and refreshing. Built on a soft white tea base with gentle floral notes from safflower, it’s lifted by the natural sweetness of pomegranate for a smooth, airy cup. It’s especially beautiful over ice, where the subtle fruitiness really comes through and makes it a perfect companion for long, hot days.

Fun tea tip! Try topping the iced tea with a splash of a flavored pomegranate seltzer. It turns the tea into a light, fruity spritz perfect to share with friends and family of all ages.
