Egg Salad Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients:

Hard boiled eggs

Mayonnaise

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh dill
Directions:
1. Hard boil your eggs to your desired consistency, then allow them to cool completely.
2. While the eggs cool, remove the crusts from the bread and slice into small, even rectangles.
3. Once cooled, cut the eggs into quarters and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste, then gently mash until the mixture is smooth with a slightly textured consistency.
4. Spoon the egg salad onto the prepared bread slices, spreading evenly. Finish with a light sprinkle of paprika and a small sprig of fresh dill on top.
