Let’s jump right into this flavorful summertime recipe!
Summertime Green Tea Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
-
1 teaspoon loose leaf green tea or matcha powder
-
¼ cup hot water
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
-
1 clove garlic, minced (you can always add more, there is no such thing as too much garlic!)
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
-
Steep the green tea in the ¼ cup hot water, 5 minutes. Ideally you need a strong cup of green tea for more flavor. Once steeped, allow to cool to room temperature.

-
Taste the dressing and adjust according to taste preference.
-
Store in an airtight, glass container. The dressing can last up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
-
Enjoy!
