As the days get warmer and rosé season kicks into high gear, there’s nothing better than a fresh, elegant cocktail to match the mood. If you're a fan of floral notes, crisp bubbles, and just a hint of berry, meet your new favorite cocktail: the White Champagne Raspberry Rosé cocktail!
This isn’t your average wine spritz. Made with our signature White Champagne Raspberry tea, this cocktail brings a delicate sophistication to your cocktail hour. Think sparkling Rosé meets afternoon tea - with a twist. If you’re looking to serve this to a younger audience or for guests who are tea-totlers, omit the rosé and you’ve got yourself a yummy mocktail!

White Champagne Raspberry Rosé Cocktail
Ingredients:

4 ounces boiling water

¼ cup raspberries with fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon sugar
-
1 ounce pomegranate juice
-
Top with Rosé
-
Raspberry/Blackberry, garnish
Directions:
1. Steep the White Champagne Raspberry Pyramid Tea Bag for 3 minutes and then refrigerate until chilled. You can steep about 4 ounces for a single serving, 8 ounces for a double.
2. In a small bowl, add in the raspberries, mint leaves, and sugar. Muddle together.
3. In a stemless Champagne flute add in the muddled raspberries, 2 ounces of the chilled tea, and pomegranate juice. Lightly stir to combine.
4. Top with Rosé and garnish with a raspberry or blackberry.
