Today we will be sharing some of our favorite teas and dishes from the tea rooms. Did you know that our Chado Tea Rooms have other food options other than our classic Afternoon Tea service? If not, then today is your lucky day! A couple of our team members are sharing their favorite bites to enjoy when we visit one of our four locations.

Bianca's Favorite Tea
Bianca likes to enjoy an herbal blend, and wouldn’t you know it, it’s named after her! The Bianca blend is a melody of delicate florals with zesty citrus notes, a refreshing cup all around.
This loose-leaf blend may be simple in recipe, but it’s big on flavor. Ingredients like chamomile flowers, rosehips and hibiscus blossoms infuse your cup while adding antioxidant and immunity boosting qualities. Making your taste buds happy and your immune system stronger.
Flavor Profile: Citrus, Light, Tart
The Punjab Sandwich with our signature Chado Tea Room Cream of Tomato Soup. Our Punjab sandwich is an egg salad but with a twist, the eggs are marinated in a smoked tea.
Brendan's Favorite Tea
Brendan enjoys combining two of our most popular teas together! He mixes together half Mauritius and half Reena’s Chai, two Chado Tea classics.
Our Mauritius Black tea is the perfect tea replacement for the coffee lover in your life. The light, floral vanilla flavor rounds out the aroma of the tea, along with a refreshing zest from this strong brew. Pairs wonderfully with a drop of milk and sugar.

Bring the exotic tastes of the Far East to your home with this authentic, Indian-style loose tea. Its rich black tea leaves are infused with strong flavors of cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla and ginger to give you a spicy treat to brighten your days.

The Limerick Sandwich with our signature Chado Tea Room Cream of Tomato Soup. The Limerick Sandwich contains thinly sliced English cucumbers, cream cheese, and green onions.
Siobhán's Favorite Tea
Siobhán enjoys our Podrea Black tea, which produces a fragrant cup from beginning to end. Gorgeous flavors of mandarin orange, jasmine, and vanilla are a treat for all of the senses.
For a celebratory day or a quiet day alone, Podrea Black Tea is an indulging brew, rich in flavor and depth. This lightly oxidized Chinese black tea is combined with mandarin orange, jasmine and vanilla to create a deep, generous cup. Perfect for sharing or savoring on your own.
Flavor Profile: Citrus, Vanilla, Zesty
The go-to dish for Siobhán is our Chicken Tikka Panini with a side salad of our St. Pierre Salad. The Chicken Tikka Panini consists of chicken tikka masala, lettuce, sun dried tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. While our St. Pierre Salad contains mixed baby greens, goat cheese, and sun dried tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic dressing.
