All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of tea and credit card verification by chadotea.com. Orders placed on Monday through Thursday will be shipped no later than 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped no later than the following Monday. All orders are shipped via UPS or US Priority Mail. All orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses can only be shipped via US Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Shipping charges are standard and dependant upon shipping method. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.
All international orders are subject to higher shipping charges which will be assessed and charged separately.
Warranties and product returns
All accessories are brand new. Accessories do not come with warranties unless specified by the manufacturer. For those items that have a warranty, the complete warranty is included with the product.
Refunds and exchanges are only available for those items that are damaged in transport. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by chadotea.com. Chadotea.com will cover the shipping charges only in the event that an item was received damaged. Refunds will be processed only after the damaged item is returned to the chadotea.com shipping department. In order to arrange for a return, customers must contact chadotea.com via email or phone no later than 3 business days after the shipment is received. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanges must be returned in original condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange items that do not include the aforementioned or are returned in damaged condition.
When returning products, pack the item(s) into original shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us via UPS Ground Service “Insured.” We will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments unless pre-authorized by chadotea.com. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
